Acro
Discover the strength and agility of acro in a supportive environment! This class blends dance and gymnastics-inspired movement, focusing on conditioning, balance, and floor-based skills that can be modified for every level. From rolls and handstands to flow sequences, you’ll build confidence while learning safely at your own pace.
Yoga
Unwind, recharge, and move with intention. This yoga class is designed to improve strength, flexibility, and mindfulness through breath-based flows and grounding postures. Suitable for all levels — from beginners seeking relaxation to returning movers who want deeper body awareness and balance.
Jazz / Lyrical
Express yourself through the energy of jazz and the flow of lyrical dance. This class combines upbeat jazz techniques with expressive lyrical movement to improve flexibility, strength, and artistry. A welcoming class for beginners, with layered choreography to challenge those with dance experience.
Pilates & Mobility
Strengthen your core, improve posture, and increase flexibility in this movement-focused class. Using Pilates principles blended with mobility training, this class supports healthy alignment and functional strength to improve overall
mobility. Accessible for all levels balancing technique, flow, and creative discovery — perfect for both first-timers and returning dancers looking to move with authenticity.
Hip Hop
Bring out your inner groove! Hip Hop for adults focuses on foundational moves, street styles, and fun routines that get you moving with confidence. With an emphasis on rhythm, style, and personal expression, this class will leave you energized and empowered. Great for beginners and adaptable for dancers ready to push their skills.
Jump Rope
A cardio-packed and rhythm-driven class that’s as fun as it is unique! Jump Rope develops coordination, stamina, and timing while adding a playful twist to your dance training.
