Class Attire
Why we wear proper dance attire
It enables dancers to achieve the full range of movement and motion and allows instructors to observe proper technique, body movements, muscle use and alignment. It also creates a uniformed look, which lessens any visual distractions for the instructor and/or choreographer and builds a team atmosphere to reduce competition between dancers within a class.
What's not accepted in class
No jeans, loose fitting t-shirts, bulky sweaters or baggy pants. No watches or jewelry (small stud earrings are acceptable for class only, not for performances.)
Food, Gum and Candy are not allowed during class time.
