Dance Duet is a joyful caregiver-assisted class designed for our youngest dancers and their special grown-ups.
Little movers will explore the magic of music and movement through creative dance games, catchy songs, and playful activities that spark imagination.
Blending the best of Brain Dance, Zumbini, and Pre-Acro, this class builds coordination, confidence, and connection — all while having fun! It’s the perfect introduction to fundamental movement skills and an unforgettable bonding experience.

First Steps
Ages 3-5
It’s their time to shine!
First Steps is the perfect first dance class for little movers ready to dance all on their own — no grown-up needed. In this fun and supportive setting, dancers build confidence and independence while learning to follow directions, take turns, and express themselves through movement.
Each 30 minute class blends Brain Dance with a variety of dance styles, all set to playful music that keeps kids engaged and inspired. With every jump, spin, and creative step, your child will develop coordination, balance, gross motor skills, and a love of dance — all while having a blast!

BALLET ATTIRE
SHOES
- Properly fitted Pink Ballet Slippers.
*Please have your child's ballet shoes fitted at a dance wear store or at the studio. We do not recommend ordering from Amazon as the sizing is typically too large and hinders the proper use of the feet for dance.
- Canvas ballet shoes are required for Foundations and Competitive classes.
TIGHTS
- Mondor Ballet Pink Convertible tights - Style #319 for Performances and Competitions
BODYSUIT
- Any colour or style bodysuit for Spark & Radiate Levels
- Black strap style or tank style bodysuit for Foundations and Competitive Classes
- Bodysuits must have no mesh or side cutouts
HAIR
- Hair must be in a Bun or Braided.
- Dancers with short hair - pull hair away from the face
OTHER
- No shorts, ballet skirts or tutus as they limit the visibility of the alignment of the hips.
- Fitted dance sweaters or wraps are acceptable to begin class until the body is warm.
